We provide our digital calendar and task automation services on an as-is basis, and your access is conditional upon your acceptance of all terms herein.

Our services are designed for executives and professionals in Bangsar and beyond who seek to optimize their workflow and productivity. You represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. Additionally, you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of our organization or our content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of our services. Upon termination, we will delete your account data within thirty days, except as required by law. Any provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability, shall survive termination of these Terms of Service.
